Dr. Kevin Gillen
Dr. Kevin Gillen has been serving in Pastoral Ministry at Ridgeway since 1998. He has also been an instructor in the Bible and Theology Program at Nyack College and Alliance Theological Seminary since 2006. He is the Westchester County Director of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, working with professional and college athletes to impact youth and teens on high school and college campuses in the NY Metro area. Kevin sits on the “My Brother’s Keeper” advisory board for the city of White Plains and work closely with county and city government in order to help Ridgeway serve our community. Kevin was a Lieutenant in the New Rochelle Fire Department in NY, where he served for 22 years before transitioning to full-time ministry. Davy accepted Jesus in his heart when he was 16 years old, through a basketball ministry at a local Chinese church in Brooklyn (BCCC). Made in Taiwan, he is the only child of immigrant parents. He graduated from Brooklyn College with BA in Management and Finance, working at Goldman, Sachs, Grey Advertising and The New York Times for twenty years. Davy is the Executive Pastor, licensed with the C&MA. He holds a Masters in Biblical Studies from Alliance Theological Seminary. He’s been wonderfully blessed to be married to Stephanie for 23 years and have 3 girls: Carolyn, Caitlyn and Christina. “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” – John 15:13 ESV.
Sam directs the music department with the aim of skillfully combining biblical truth with music and enabling an environment where all are encouraged to pursue a life of worship. Sam’s service includes choir directing, worship leading, staffing and coordinating musical events and services, musicianship training and attentively serving the musicians of Ridgeway.

Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Nyack College, and is now pursuing her Masters of Divinity in Church Development at Alliance Theological Seminary. She is currently in route to becoming accredited as a licensed minister with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Ashley is committed to fostering an atmosphere of God’s presence, where others can encounter the freedom, breakthrough, and healing that is found in Jesus. You can find her leading worship on Sunday mornings, hanging with theTribe on Wednesday nights, or teaching music to students at the Ridgeway Nursery School and Kindergarten.
Dr. Stanley John
Pastor Stanley has been serving as the Teaching Pastor at Ridgeway Alliance Church since 2018. He grew up in Kuwait and later moved to the US to study at Zion Bible College in Rhode Island for his undergrad and then Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky for his M.A. and Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies. Over the past 17 years he has spoken in various churches, seminaries, and colleges globally. He also serves as Professor of Missions and Intercultural Studies at Alliance Theological Seminary since 2014. He and his wife, Eunice, were blessed with their first baby, Philip, in 2018 and are loving the adventures of parenthood.
Amy serves as the Children's Pastor at Ridgeway. She has an undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from Emmanuel College and a Master's in Higher Education Administration from NYU, with a research focus on spiritual development. Prior to joining the staff at Ridgeway, she worked Fordham University in Residential Life and the Gabelli School of Business. Growing up in church, her family has always been involved in children's ministry. She is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus to the next generation. Amy is married to Joash and they have two daughters, Asha and Anjali.
Ashish Mathew serves as an Associate Pastor, overseeing Ridgeway’s Life Groups and Hospitality ministries. He has a Master of Divinity in Theology and Hebrew Bible from Alliance Theological Seminary. Formerly, he served as a Campus Minister with InterVarsity for five years in NYC. Born into an Indian family, Ashish grew up in the underground churches of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia until his teenage years. Ashish loves to play basketball, read widely, and grill for large parties. He’s married to Diane and loves changing diapers for his daughter, Athena.
Diane serves as an Associate Pastor by overseeing a healing prayer ministry and women's ministries. She also enjoys preaching and teaching. She has a Masters of Divinity in Theology and Hebrew Bible from Alliance Theological Seminary. She previously served as a campus minister with InterVarsity at New York University and Lehman College. Diane is married to Ashish and they have a daughter named Athena.
PAstor of Spanish Ministries
Joel Afanador serves as an Associate Pastor, overseeing both the Spanish ministry, and our Men’s Ministry. Joel has a Bachelors degree in Christian Ministry and graduated in 2019 with a Masters degree in Biblical Studies from Crown College. In 2016, Joel received accreditation with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He serves as a spiritual leader, counselor, teacher and preacher who assists with worship services and is responsible for leadership development in the ministries that he is involved in. Joel is married to his wife Loevy and they have a son named, Ezra.
Youth and Young Adult Pastor
Mickey leads theTribe along with an incredible Leadership Team. He burns with a passion to see young people experience real life in Jesus, so in addition to pastoring theTribe, he shares Jesus with people who don't yet know Him through sports ministry and by building a christian community of young adults in Westchester County. Mickey is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at Alliance Theological Seminary. His favorite title of all is 'husband' as he is married to his best friend and forever partner in Christ, Frances Morello.
Nursery School Director
Lisa Morgan has been serving as Director at RNSK since 2016. Formerly a classroom teacher and curriculum specialist in the New York Public Schools, she then served for 17 years as Supervisor of Professional Development at Southern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES). In this capacity, she supported professional development initiatives for teachers and administrators in over 65 school districts in the tri-county area, providing training in Early Literacy, research-based Instructional Practices and effectively implementing Reading Recovery, an early intervention program offered through NYU, for first graders struggling to learn to read.
She views each day at Ridgeway as a blessing and an opportunity to work with families in a trusting, positive relationship to ensure that the children have an outstanding first school experience and come to know the Lord and His love for them.
She resides in White Plains with her husband Jim, and is the proud grandma of nine!
